BTF Level 3 triathlon coach, coaching since 2012 - have worked with beginners through to Age Groupers and all inbetween. I generally work with a limited number of triathletes so I can focus on their goals.
Having completed in all distance events from sprint to Ironman multiple times along with duathlon and aquabike and have also competed for GB at Age Group level from Olympic distance through to Iron distance and have raced across the globe - I have a wealth of triathlon knowledge to share along with the experience of coaching numerous athletes.
