I am an NCCP–Triathlon Canada and ESCI (IRONMAN U) Certified coach, offering 1-on-1 personalized triathlon coaching and custom training plans for beginner triathletes, endurance athletes and developing age-groupers.

  • My coaching philosophy is built on sustainable development, resilience, and a growth mindset. Rather than chasing quick results or marginal gains too early, I emphasize strong fundamentals: aerobic development, efficient movement, smart pacing, and appropriate training load. Especially for beginners and aspiring age-groupers, consistent execution and correct training habits over time lead to the greatest improvements.
  • Mental strength is a core pillar of my coaching. Endurance training is rarely linear, and setbacks, fatigue, missed sessions, and plateaus are part of the process. I help athletes develop resilience, patience, and adaptability—learning how to stay consistent and confident even when conditions are not ideal. Athletes I coach understand not only what they are doing, but why they are doing it, empowering them to train smarter and with greater self-belief.
  • Before coaching, I built a career in finance and banking, an environment that demanded discipline, long-term planning, and performance under pressure. That background strongly influences my coaching approach through structured planning, thoughtful decision-making, and a focus on sustainable execution rather than short-term outcomes.
