Greg is a born and raised New Yorker where he grew up playing soccer and continued to play at the division 1 level. When his soccer career was over, his passion shifted to endurance and he has never looked back. He loves working with athletes of all levels, especially those that have specific goals in mind. He specializes in the half-marathon and marathon distance. In addition to running, Greg is an expert in sports performance nutrition and functional strength training.
Greg is a NASM Certified personal trainer as well as a UESCA Certified running coach. He strongly believes that having fun in training is the biggest driving factor towards success and has plenty of mental strategies to keep training interesting. He has coached many beginner and advanced runners to personal bests and lifelong goals. As Greg continues to train and improve upon his sub-3 hour marathon time, he loves sharing his tips and tricks that have helped him along the way.
