Cade Webb is a dedicated fitness professional with a background in both rehabilitation and performance training. Holding a degree in Kinesiology, Cade has a deep understanding of human movement and exercise science, allowing him to create tailored fitness programs for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. His journey began as a post-rehab fitness instructor, where he helped clients recover from injuries and regain strength through targeted exercises, giving him a solid grasp of body mechanics and the importance of safe, structured training.
As an in-home fitness instructor, Cade provides personalized training in the comfort of clients' homes, helping them reach their goals in a convenient, familiar setting. His passion for weightlifting, combined with his Kinesiology knowledge, allows him to design effective strength-training routines that promote muscle growth and overall functional fitness.
Cade’s approach to weight loss is based on consistency in three key areas: sleep, nutrition, and daily activity. He believes sustainable results come from making these areas a priority, leading to long-term success.
