I am 42-year-old coach & runner, good father of two and with the help and blessing of my wife running 14 years & coaching 10 years. I started ultra-running as treatment, which helped me cope with PDSD after military mission in Iraq and Afghanistan. Eventually, I wanted to run further and longer, mind required new challenges and this is how I found trail running. After the first taste of it, was infected and now trying to spread this virus among others by coaching
