Gavin McKay, based in Oakville, Ontario, is a seasoned coach and exercise therapist who recently completed his first Ironman 70.3 after six months of self-training. Gavin holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotion and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist under the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CEP).
His coaching journey began with a passion for running and cycling. He taught himself to swim with guidance from Sophie Hotchkiss (@Endura Performance).
