As rider, I’ve competed extensively in road races, time trials, track, cyclocross and MTB – as recently as this year.

I’ve also competed in multi-day international road stage races both as a rider and as a team manager.

As a coach I’ve worked with a wide range of ages and abilities, from competitive youth riders to masters and from leisure riders to those competing for national titles.

Currently part of the Cycling Ulster Track Commission and coaching Youth Riders at Orangefield Outdoor Velodrome in Belfast.
