At Fusion Triathlon coaching, we focus on the individual needs of our Athletes, in an effort to deliver them to their priority events in peak condition. We look to build physical endurance, focus on strengths and areas of development, building self confidence and mental fortitude. We create tailored training plans for triathlon training, specific to the individual requirements of athletes.

I have been a Triathlon coach since 2013 when I attended the Triathlon Ireland level 1 coaching course. In the last four years, we have gone on to help over 50 Athletes in various locations with season planning, preparation for individual events and huge challenges alike.

I believe that every Athlete is capable of more than they believe and work closely with Athletes to develop a mindset which sets them up to overcome adversity and prepare for success, I have worked with Athletes of all levels. We have helped complete beginners with no Triathlon experience prepare for Ironman events, enabling them to have a day that they will never forget. We have also helped Athletes at the sharp end of their age group prepare for key races, with training and race plans - enabling them to deliver on race day, leading to World Championship qualification level performances.

The Coach - Athlete relationship is key to all of the above, I believe the foundations are built on mutual respect, trust and honesty. We strive to forge close relationships with our Athletes which helps us to help them. Making the difference in the key areas but also helping with keeping stress at bay, mental focus and turning pressure in to a positive force which can be exploited on race day.
