Kate’s speciality is ultra endurance biking, but she also has 20 years of first-hand experiences with ultra skiing, running and multi-sport events. Whether you are training for a marathon or a multi-day ultra endurance race, she will work 1-1 with you to tailor a program that works for your lifestyle, level of fitness and athletic goals.

Kate has 20+ yrs of endurance and ultra experiences across nordic skiing, cycling, triathlon, marathon and ultra-marathons and her resume includes D1 collegiate national championships, podiums, and course records across multiple disciplines.
