As a full-time coach, I believe that the role of the coach is to be a teammate of YOU - the athlete. I am passionate about helping athletes reach their goals and unlocking their potential; my greatest hope is that each athlete breaks down barriers in their own life and accomplishes things that they never thought were possible.

Whether you’re a runner, cyclist, swimmer, or triathlete looking to run your first mile or cross the finish line of an IRONMAN, I can help you reach your goals with strength and a smile. If you're interested in working with a coach who will invest deeply in who you are as both an athlete and person, I would love to talk to you more about what I can bring to your journey.

I currently hold coaching certifications from USA Triathlon (Level II Endurance & Level II Paratriathlon), and USA Cycling (Level 2). I'm a VFS Certified Bike Fitter. I've also received training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in strength training.

As a former swing shift worker with a demanding schedule, I know what it’s like to set goals and train as a time-limited athlete on a non-traditional schedule, and I focus on developing effective plans for time-crunched athletes who lead busy lives.

While my main focus is now coaching and helping other athletes achieve their goals, I still train and race in running and cycling events.
