Lets add some strawberries, a few bananas, sliced apples, halved grapes, cubed pineapple, and whatever else you prefer to create your perfect fruit salad. Each of us are different and each require different ingredients to meet our goals. You may not want to add mini marshmallows to your bowl but I know I want them!
Coach Nate has been in the endurance realm for over 10 years and is here to pass on what he can to you. With a masters in Exercise Physiology he is able to give scientific programming and training techniques to lead to peak performances. He also holds his USA Triathlon and USA Cycling coaching certifications, as well as a CSCS from NSCA. His studies involve cardio-respiratory, body composition, and performance enhancement. When not coaching Nate enjoys bikes rides, reading, cooking, all sports, and spending time with friends and family.
