Every runner is different. Each athlete has their own targets, has had their own experience and has biomechanics that make them different from other athletes. In turn, every training plan must be made specifically for each athlete in order to maximize their strengths and improve weaknesses. As a coach, I specialize in making training plans tailored to each runner's goals, schedule and needs.
