Sara earned her master’s degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Sports Science and Nutrition from the University of Texas in 2006. She has been coaching competitive athletes and assisting individuals reach their fitness goals since 2005. While at the University of Texas, Sara wrote training protocols for soccer players, volleyball players, and ultra-endurance athletes, to name a few. She is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and stays up-to-date on all of the latest research and information in the field of exercise physiology.
