A passion for triathlon and health and fitness, combined with a love for bringing out the best in people...
My CV reads like a movie script..I have played many roles and characters in my life. From the Australian Navy, to the deserts of the United Arab Emirates, to the rolling hills of North Carolina. I've been a nurse, a manager, a banker, a mother, a wife, an athlete (sometimes all of these at once), till through circumstances I decided to become a full time multi-sport coach. That's when I finally understood what it means to follow your passion, and to love what you do.
I have raced all distances of triathlon myself, whilst balancing work and family life, and I believe this combined with my coaching knowledge and skills offers athletes a very intimate and truly customised coaching experience. I believe that training and racing should be fun and enjoyable - but that it's still healthy to have a competitive spirit and expand your limits.
I have personally competed at numerous races and events, notably:
2015 Ironman Texas - US Championship
2016 Ironman 70.3 Bahrain - Middle East Championship
2016 ITU Age Group World Champs - Chicago
2016 Ironman 70.3 World Champs - Sunshine Coast Australia
2017 Ironman World Champs, Kona, Hawaii
I have coached numerous athletes to first time 70.3 and Ironman Distances races, and had athletes qualify for 70.3 World Champs, ITU Duathlon World Champs and Xterra Word Champs.
I hold a Bachelors of Science in Health Promotion, a Masters of Business Administration and am a USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach and a Certified Ironman University Coach.
