A passion for triathlon and health and fitness, combined with a love for bringing out the best in people...
I have raced all distances of triathlon myself, whilst balancing work and family life, and I believe this combined with my coaching knowledge and skills offer athletes a very intimate and truly customized coaching experience. I believe that training and racing should be fun and enjoyable - but that it's still healthy to have a competitive spirit and expand your limits.
I have personally competed at numerous races and events, notably:
2015 Ironman Texas - US Championship
2016 Ironman 70.3 Bahrain - Middle East Championship (4th in AG)
2016 ITU Age Group World Champs - Chicago (Representing Australia)
2016 Ironman 70.3 World Champs - Sunshine Coast Australia
2016 Ironman North Carolina (3rd in AG, KQ)
2017 Ironman World Champs, Kona, Hawaii
2018 Ironman 70.3 Augusta (4th in AG)
2019 Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga
2019 Ironman 70.3 Muncie
I have coached numerous athletes to first time 70.3 and Ironman Distances races, and had athletes qualify for 70.3 World Champs, ITU Duathlon World Champs and Xterra Word Champs.
I hold a Bachelors of Science in Health Promotion, a Masters of Business Administration and am a USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach and a Certified Ironman University Coach.
