My name is darrel Fitz-Gerald I specialise in cycle coaching, Motocross coaching and assisting level 1 triathlon coach.

I started racing motocross and reached a professional level in SA and due to injuries transitioned to coaching, from there one thing lead to another and I started personal training. One of my best friends is head coach at science to sport John Wakefield and i started working for him. I am now a cycle coach at science to sport and my mentor is dr Mike Posthumus. I received my level 1 UCI CSA accreditation in 2014 and recently received my TSA level 1 accreditation through Triathlon SA
