I am a 50+ athlete, working wife, mom of a college age son, and doggo parent. I am an avid runner and live for my morning workouts. I work full time in senior living and have seen first-hand the difference fitness and nutrition can make on longevity and mobility later in life. Hence, my passion to share the joy of fitness and good health with others! I strive to make training fit into a runner's life and be achievable. Running should start as a goal and turn into a passion. If I have helped a runner chase their personal goal and feel great with the outcome, I have done my job. I specialize in adults over 40, but am happy to work with all ages.
