My coaching style is all about communication. The more I have with my athletes the more we succeed. I keep it simple at first and add more dynamic metrics as it help each individual athlete meet their goals. My training programs are always about being consistent, something I take from my coach and my training.
I have been competing in triathlons for 10 years. I compete at all distances, but my focus in long course. I have 5 Ironmans under my belt, including Kona. I am now 41 and throwing down some of my fastest times. I continue to I love it as much now or more. I love the training, the competing and the coaching. Working with others to help them achieve their goals is just as rewarding to me as achieving my own. Over the past 5-6 years I have been coaching more and more and plan to continue to grow my business as far as I can while be able to maintain the time to each individual athlete they need to meet all their goals.
