I have been competing in triathlons since 1995 and have completed 5 Ironman's, multiple sprint, half-ironman, and Olympic distance triathlons. I have also completed multiple road races, trail races, and even some ultras.

I retired from the Air Force in June 2013 and decided to pursue coaching full time since triathlon and helping people to overcome challenges in life is my passion. I am dedicated to working with each athlete I coach to ensure you are getting the desired results wanted regardless of distance the distance you desire to compete in. I also believe coaching should be an affordable option to those who want to hire a coach.
