Having worked at multiple professional organisations now as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, I saw a real gap between athletic performance and the general population, that’s why I created FenaFit. FenaFit's main objective is to assist runners in reaching their potential by bridging the gap between athletic performance and the general population.
Running is arguably the most natural form of physical exercise that the human body can endure, however, with the internet littered with generic articles, it’s hard to understand what is required for you to reach that goal. Running requires a well devised program that varies in intensity and distances, exposing your body to the challenges it will face on race day. That’s where we come in. Whether you’re wanting to simply complete the distance or get a new PB, FenaFit will educate you on what is required, assess the key areas that effect running performance and utilise this information to in-still a detailed strength and running program to help you reach your goal.
