Coaching services for endurance sports across triathlon/ multi-sport, swimming, cycling and running.

I'm not offering a package or template service with limited contact or limited changes to a training plan. We work closely together based on how I am able to help you specifically in your circumstances; whether you are just starting to learn to swim and hoping to do your first triathlon or experienced and looking to improve the performance and enjoyment that you get out of your chosen sport.

I have experienced racing triathlon across all distances as an amateur while working a full-time job, through to competing professionally, both as coached and self-coached, but have spent all of my life in sport from team sports to athletics, cross-country running, road cycling and cyclocross.

Since then, I have become a British Triathlon Federation certified coach and have been coaching a range of athletes over the last years, both male and female. This can be from someone who was not able to put their head in the water when we first started together, to athletes with years of experience wanting to get more out of the time they were putting into training and competing.

I have thoroughly enjoyed developing as a coach and working with different people and will always be improving myself as I look to do the best that I can for my athletes.

There are several pillars which I believe in as the foundation to performance and enjoyment, and from there we build and adapt depending on you, how you would like to develop and what you’re looking to achieve.

My focus is on knowing and understanding my athletes, feeling the training with them, so that we can get the most from each day, whatever that day brings. This brings consistency, which is the key to all progress.
