Following an MSc in Sport Sciences & a PhD in Psychology and having lived the elite athlete existence for many years, as a speed skater, World Champion, i am sharing my experience & knowledge to help athletes to optimise their performances.

Following an MSc in Sport Sciences & a PhD in Psychology, exploring "the concept of mental fatigue and the self defence mechanisms developed by athletes to balance cognitive functions and not altered their performances", and having lived the elite athlete existence for many years, as an inline speed skater two times World Champion, i am sharing my experience and knowledge to help athletes to optimise their performances.
Today, i am the head of performance and strength and conditioning coach at B&B Hotels Vital Concept cycling team, monitoring, creating, coordinating and looking at riders performance and health.
I developed experience in tracking, following, understanding physical mechanisms and physiological adaptations. My research focussed at preventing muscular and neuro muscular shut down.
I began to work with elite athletes, as soon as i stopped racing as professional speed skater end of 2006, in many sports including cycling, running, speed skating, triathlon, swimming, tennis, rally raid, MX... I also worked as a consultant with a number of teams and organisations including B&B Hotels Vital Concept, Al Wasl FC, KTM, Honda HRC...
