As a senior manager at a UK city firm I spent hours sitting in front of a computer doing little to no exercise. In 2016 I decided enough was enough and I started triathlon training.
Having now completed multiple full IRONMAN and Half IRONMAN 70.3 Races I decided I wanted to help other reach the finish line and hear those words "You are an IRONMAN".
Balancing family, work and training can be really tough and having been there and done it I want to help others do it.
My approach to Coaching & Training is technology driven with athletes having access to the tools needed to make them successful.
A lot of training time can be lost due to the available daylight, work commitments, having to be at home for family related reasons and adverse weather conditions.
Today with help of technology Coaching & Training can be done anywhere and anytime. Making use of good training Software, Fitness trackers (watches), Cycle computers, Treadmills and Smart trainers can make the training process efficient and achievable for the busiest athlete.
For time constrained athletes having the ability to train efficiently when they have time is important and technology helps with this.
Adding to this I am a strong believer in the power of the mind, positive self talk, Affirmations and Mindfulness can push you to reach new heights and exceed your goals.
