As the founder of Everyday Athlete, my work blends applied sports science, movement quality, and real-world coaching to support sustainable performance at every stage of life.

My background includes strength and conditioning, injury prevention and return-to-performance support, endurance and field-sport preparation, and long-term athletic development. I have worked with youth athletes, competitive amateurs, and high-performing adults who want structure, clarity, and progress without sacrificing health.

Training is never one-size-fits-all. I use TrainingPeaks to integrate objective performance data with subjective readiness—monitoring load, recovery, and trends while accounting for stress, sleep, injury history, and lifestyle demands. Data informs decisions, but context drives programming.

My coaching philosophy emphasizes movement integrity, progressive strength, intelligent load management, and education. Athletes are guided to understand the “why” behind their training so they can build confidence, autonomy, and resilience over time.

Everyday Athlete is built on the belief that athleticism is a skillset that can be developed and preserved at any age. Whether the goal is performance, durability, or returning stronger after setbacks, my role is to provide clear direction, adaptable programming, and consistent support—so training enhances life rather than competes with it.
