I am a Singapore-based professional performance coach and coach educator with 21 years of technical coaching expertise in triathlon, athletics, strength, and conditioning.

My strengths include being highly adaptable, forward-looking, dynamic and both process and outcome goal-orientated. Some of my previous and current experiences include national and international level programs and plans which include assessing, monitoring, and evaluating performances within the Asian region for federations.

Athletes represented at the Youth Olympic Games (2010, 2014), Asian Youth Games (2009), SEA Games (2017, 2019, 2023), ITU World Junior Championships, Continental Triathlon Championships (2009-2019), Ironman 70.3 Worlds, Xterra Worlds, SEA Youth Athletics Championships, Asian Schools Cross Country Championships.
