Hi, I’m Erik Baška, a cycling coach and former professional road cyclist with over a decade of experience racing at the highest level. I competed professionally from 2013 to 2022, representing teams like Tinkoff and Bora-Hansgrohe, and had the privilege of being a close teammate to Peter Sagan. My career highlights include winning the U23 European Road Race Championship and competing in most well known UCI WorldTour events.

Since my retirement, I’ve focused on sharing my expertise with the next generation of cyclists. My experience working closely with some of the best teams, riders and coaches in the sport allows me to offer unique insights into race preparation, training strategies, and the mental aspects of professional cycling.

In addition to my practical experience, I stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in sport science. I’ve earned certifications from the University of Colorado in Sports Science, Slovakian National Federation, and am proficient in data analysis using TrainingPeaks and WKO5. I am passionate about helping cyclists of all levels improve their performance through tailored coaching programs that incorporate cutting-edge training methods.
