There's a coach behind each workout who has designed it with a specific purpose, and wants to see you reach your potential!
I come from the corporate world where I was an engineer and program manager for a major tech company. As fun as that was (kidding), I knew I was better suited for something else, something more aligned to my strengths and values.
After a layoff, I had the time on my hands to study power-based cycling training in quite a bit of detail. I applied these principles to my own training and experienced stellar race results and fitness levels. It's pretty incredible to feel unstoppable on bike, and all I want to do is to help others experience that same feeling!
My mission now is to use the culmination of the mentoring, leadership, and problem-solving skills developed over this 17 year career, with a comprehensive understanding of cycling physiology/diet/mindset, to help cyclists reach levels of fitness they may not have realized possible.
