Coach Enzo Hipol is an endurance running/multisport coach and a human movement specialist. A 2x Boston Marathon qualifier and a Berlin & Chicago Marathon finisher based in Metro Manila, Philippines. I provide ergonomic bike fitting and run analysis for elite and amateur athletes, coaching for marathon runners, age group triathletes, and cyclists in-person, and remotely both inside and outside of the Philippines.
My philosophy is that endurance sports training is optimal and leads to desirable results when training volume is performed mostly on low intensity, with moderate and high intensity training introduced timely in small but effective doses. Endurance training rewards those athletes who can deliver consistency day in and day out, those athletes who recognizes that commitment to the routine & process is itself the goal. Whatever results from being committed are just bonuses.
More importantly, for progress in fitness and adaptation to occur, the athlete must have the internal desire to commit to rewarding themself the gift that is endurance sports training. For endurance sports to be sustainable and to stick, the athlete also needs to give themself the opportunity for success by cultivating a healthy mindset, and a supportive environment.
Marathon training programs are available upon request only. This is due to the intricate need to tailor-make each customized program to best suit the capacity of the runner.
