I am a personal trainer, massage therapist, dry needler and triathlete. I offer online and local coaching. I have always been very passionate about training and how to improve performance in the most efficient way. It is important to me to always improve myself and my coaching and stay on top of new research.
I like to keep training simple and efficient with a purpose. Consistency is key to endurance sports. I try to learn the athletes I coach to go a lot by feel and not become too dependent to devices, but use them purposefully.
I periodize the plan with basetraining, race specific training and then races. I focus on working a lot around lactate threshold in the base and move more toward race intensity effort in the race specific period.
