I am a personal trainer, massage therapist, dry needler and triathlete. I offer online and local coaching. I have always been very passionate about training and how to improve performance in the most efficient way. It is important to me to always improve myself and my coaching and stay on top of new research.
I like to keep training simple and efficient, I dont throw in a workout just because, it has to have a purpose. I do not believe that volume is everything in endurance sports, I believe in getting in race specific intensity year around. Consistency is key. I try to learn the athletes I coach to go a lot by feel and not to become too dependent to devices.
