My name is Kade Charlton, I am an endurance athlete and an endurance coach. I offered personalised training programs for runners and cyclists as well as preplanned event specific programs. whether you want to run a 5k personal best or run an ultramarathon, get fit on the bike to ride your first 100km ride or reach elite level as a cyclist. my goal is to help you reach your goal.
Endurance Simplified is all about making your training programs simple to understand, we believe that if a program is easy to understand, you will stay more consistent and we all know that consistency is key.
Kade has raced at elite level in South Africa in cycling for many years and is now looking to pass on his knowledge as he progresses in his studies. he is currently taking on the challenge of training for the Comrades ultramarathon. Kade has also taken an interest into the world of trail running and has started dipping his toes into the racing scene. he started off with getting 2nd place overall at the Umgeni river run and is now looking to see what else he can do in the trail racing scene after Comrades.
Kade is currently studying a bachelor of science in sport science where he plans on doing his masters in sports rehabilitation and sports psychology. he has previously done qualifications as a fitness trainer through ETA College and running coaching through SSISA (Sport Science Institute of South Africa)
On the side he also works as a sports recovery specialist at A&H Elite where he specialises with runners and cyclists.
Kades goal is to help athletes with goals reach their goals, no matter how big or how small they are. he offers a range of programs to suit your needs and to fit your budget.
