All training plans are wholly bespoke to each individual and include off the bike training as well as on the bike work and each rider will receive a training guide to help you.

Jon’s passion is helping his clients achieve their goals through training plans, consulting and education. A major drive for Jon is to help athletes learn on their way to truly understand what makes them work as an athlete.

As a coach Jon has had great success. With National TT titles and Pro Continental wins on the road to getting riders into their first sportive events and century rides. All riders receive the same quality and passsion to help them succeed. The sessions are well structured and easy to follow and all tailored around your goals. The step by step process will ensure you get there easily and enjoy your progression along the way.

As an Ex-British Cycling coach, Jon has worked with all age groups, from U8 to Over 70's. An expert technical coach, Jon is able to provide 1-1 on the bike technical sessions too, these can be great fun and really transform your skills on the road.

Jon has published in the European Journal of Applied Physiology. ‘The effect of hot and cold drinks on thermoregulation, perception, and performance: the role of the gut in thermoreception’ and also presented research at ‘World Congress of Cycling Science (WCCS)‘ Leeds (2014). This looked at how bike fit can influence a key performance indictor when cycling, ‘The Influence of Positional Biomechanics on Gross Efficiency in Cycling’.
