I primarily work with triathletes, marathoners, and all the in between. My plans include personalized areobic and strength training, as well as nutrition tips for each athlete and their particular goals. Besides from week to week plans with a monthly cost I also offer a one time payment for a pre written plan for half marathons, marathons, triathlons -sprint to Ironmans, and duathalons.
I am an endurance coach, personal trainer, psychotherapist with a focus on sport psychology, and an accomplished endurance athlete. My coaching philosophy is all about balance. To be successful and happy in endurance sports the key is finding the balance between training, life, and recovery. I work with athletes of all abilities and race goals and tailor my training plans for each athlete.
