I am an Endurance athlete & coach, Therapist turned Mental Performance coach, and certified Performance Nutrition coach. I have a Master of Science degree with most of my education in the Psychology field and over 10 years of experience in both mental health and multisport coaching. I hold coaching certifications with RRCA, ITCA and 80/20 Endurance.

My personal journey has lead me to pursuing my love of endurance sport & reaching my personal potential as an athlete. I believe I am the best and most empowered version of myself when I have balance between work & life and do not have to sacrifice parts of myself in pursuit of my goals.

I started my health journey in grad school when I started running to help me cope with stress and anxiety and nutrition & mindset work were quick to follow. I found my love of endurance sport and reinvented my identity as a competitive endurance athlete after burn out as a college swimmer. I discovered I was able to perform my best with optimized nutrition and mindset work and was able to find my love of competition again.
