Jacque Tietjen is a Utah-based endurance and outdoor performance coach, mountain athlete, and lifelong multi-sport competitor. She has a lifetime of experience skiing and climbing in the Wasatch and Rocky Mountains, racing her first distance bike event at age 12, summited her first Colorado 14er at 13, and competed in competitive cycling, swimming, and triathlon events growing up. She has a long resume of summits as high as nearly 6000m and still actively competes in races and strength competitions. For fun, she is also a seasoned aerialist and loves to dance.

With a coaching career spanning back to 2007, Jacque loves helping athletes achieve ambitious goals. Her approach bridges the gap between physical and mental performance, emphasizing that strength gets you started, but mindset gets you to the top. She currently specializes in endurance and outdoor athletes, helping them conquer themselves by building resilience, confidence, and peak performance in the mountains, on the trails, or wherever their goals take them.
