Providing online coaching and personalized training plans for single sport and multisport athletes alike. Your periodized plan is geared towards ensuring a personal best on race day. You will have unlimited access (within reason) to your coach via email/phone/text.
Expect to receive a strength, endurance and flexibility/ROM plan with some nutrition advice along the way. You will also have access to a video library, monthly live health seminars and team chat to help you stay motivated.
Leaning on an Exercise Science Diploma for the science of training while being an avid athlete since 2009 and coach since 2010 you can expect to get a mix of real world and science based practices.
Having ran college track and cross country from the age of 35-37, representing our local college nationally while maintaining a family life, coaching, triathlon training and other hobbies has enabled me to bring a life balance experience to my athletes as part of my coaching.
My first race was a 70.3 and got hooked. I have since represented Canada at the ITU Long Course World Championships. I am a local race director and multisport society president.
