Functional evaluations and a right training planning are the keys for improvement that will be grounded and long-lasting.

Actually coach of Pro triathlete Marta Bernardi. Big goal 2018 is the Ironman Worldchampionship qualification. She is the Italian championship Middle distance triathlon and she got third place at the Ironman Italy in Cervia.


In early stages in Spain I have been athletic trainer for a Futsal Professional team. In addition I was also an athletic trainer for some professional soccer and volleyball players during their post rehabilitation.
During 23 years of training experience, I have been coaching runners, cyclists and triathletes of different levels and for different events (sprinters, endurance atleteā€¦)
Due to my passion in the sector I have knowledges in biomechanics applied to cyclism.
For many years afterwards I worked as Technical Manager in three sport centre in Spain and in Italy. During those years I switched from a more pratical side of sport as trainer and coach to the management and educational sides.
I also worked for some sport technical brand to develop them in Italy.
