Hi I'm Ali, a triathlon coach passionate about endurance sports. I would be happy to accompany you in your adventure, whether it is for general health or for performance. I have a diploma in triathlon coaching from Swiss Triathlon, a diploma as a personal trainer in strength & conditionning, and an ironman coach certification. To gently introducing you to a demanding discipline while taking care of your health. A complete training offer adapted to the level of each one (beginner or advanced) as long as the athlete is motivated with a long term vision (minimum one season) :

  • Questionnaire and interview to determine the athlete's profile and define objectives adapted to his or her level
  • Performance measurement via a series of tests (FTP, Vo2Max, LT1, definition of intensity zones)
  • Methodical planning of the season by training blocks.
  • Adaptation of the program according to personal needs
  • Feedback on the sessions via the Training Peaks application
  • Follow-up and face to face coaching during strength and conditioning sessions (optional service)
  • Analysis of swimming technique via video (GoPro)
  • Safe supervision during open water outings
  • Pre-competition mental preparation (stress management, visualization)
  • Race strategy definition (pace, power, heart rate, nutrition)
  • Nutrition advice to optimize training and recovery
  • Advice on purchasing triathlon equipment and adjusting the triathlon bike position

  • 5 seasons in triathlon (5th in cat 30-34 in IM 70.3 Vichy 2021 - 4th scratch in triathlon Sprint Geneva 2021 - 10th in cat 30-34 in IM 70.3 Lanzarote 2022)
