As a personal trainer and yoga instructor, I enjoy working with individuals of all ages with various goals, including fat loss, injury post rehabilitation, and overall fitness through increased strength, stamina and flexibility. I work with endurance athletes, including recreational cyclists, bike racers, triathletes and runners. I am head coach and founder of Team WE, a women’s multi-sport race team. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and an Master's in Business Administration.
