As a Registered Dietitian, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and UESCA Ultrarunning Coach, I offer strength training plans, ultrarunning coaching, and nutrition consultation services to ultrarunners to minimize their injury risk, optimize their nutrition, improve their fitness, and promote running longevity.
When I was 16, I began running recreationally and since then have completed multiple half and full marathons, triathlons, one Half Ironman, and several trail races, among them the Stump Jump 50K and the Standhope 60K. The outdoors is my happy place; endurance sports are my passion, and I love sharing both with others.
