Utilizing cycling techniques utilizing speed and power measures works to create the fitness and sprinting ability needed to win races. Each workout has a specific goal to increase threshold, anaerobic power, aerobic fitness, or sprinting ability.
Current CAT 1 Road/Criterium and NSCA, CSCS I been training athletes across all sports for over 14 years. I have been working specifically with cyclists for the past 5 years taking them from entry level cat 5 racers to now cat 2 racers. I strive for getting the most out of my athletes while following the metrics to determine how much, what type, and when to build them for their best race results. Each athlete starts at different levels and I pride myself on meeting them where they are at and taking them as far as they are willing to go.
