Having a family and as a cancer survivor, I believe setting priorities in training and racing are paramount to a happy and successful life. I have competed in sprints to a full Ironman, as well as ultra-marathons and running the Grand Canyon rim to rim to rim. In order to follow my passion of multisport I became a USA Triathlon Level One and USA Cycling Level 3 Certified Coach. A strong foundation on technique in all 3 disciplines is crucial for not only success, but injury prevention and efficiency. After a solid foundation has been built, a proper training schedule relevant to a particular time period will produce the desired results.
