As a Personal Trainer, triathlete, and former collegiate Cross Country runner, I understand the full spectrum of training for a race. From the physical demands on the body, to the time requirements on you and your family and friends, and to the mental aspects of getting ready for the race and across the finish line, I can help guide you to achieving your next race goal.
Adam has been helping clients improve their health and fitness since 1997. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with additional certifications as an ACE Health Coach and as a Certified Barbell Coach. He enjoys utilizing body weight training, high intensity intervals, and Olympic lifting methods to push his clients to be their best. He focuses on good form and posture, as movement patterns are developed and improved while providing the proper training stimulus level needed to achieve the client’s goals.
He is a 4-time All-American through USA Triathlon, and plans to earn a spot at the 2020 Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. As a youth he played soccer and baseball, ran Cross Country and middle-distance Track & Field through high school and into college at Central Michigan University, where he earned a B.S. in Health Fitness and Sport Studies.
