I'm Egor, a running coach with over 10 years of coaching experience and a strong scientific background. I studied for 9 years at the Russian University of Sports and earned a Bachelor’s in Athletic Training, a Master’s in Physical Education, and a PhD in Pedagogy, specialized in sport. After graduation, I worked as a university lecturer, teaching future coaches.

Since 2022, I’ve been living in Dubai, where I founded my running club, Team 42. We specialize in marathon preparation and race performance. You can join our group sessions with full training planning included.

My approach is scientific, data-driven, and precise. My goal is to help every runner reach their best results. I offer online training plans and personal coaching sessions in Dubai.
