I offer one on one sessions in the Metro Detroit area but also do well remotely as I have had clients all over the United States. I understand the demands of busy parents and teens and will always make sure there is family time. I look forward to working closely with you to reach your goals.

Training Philosophies:
I work in blocks as do most coaches. It may be the standard 4 week training block or 3.
adjusting to the athletes time is important to me, missed days are normal, intensity is key.
I like to keep the training fun, too much work is not too fun. Rest is important to me too
Form over speed, smooth is fast, drills 2 x 20
I can do video analysis on running, riding and swimming
working together is key!
