There is an art to coaching that you need to understand to be successful within the sport. It's a matter of combining experience with the science and learning from them. I believe this, plus being able to listen and communicate with each athlete is essential in getting the best out of them all. This is how each program and plan is produced, by combining the science with real-world scenarios to provide the best result for anyone, whether they are a high-level athlete or a complete beginner.
Jacob is currently in his last year of studies at the University of Canberra. He is completing a bachelor degree in Sport and Exercise Science and plans on completing a Master's Degree in High Performance Sport after he finishes.
He is a level 1 cycling coach and has coached many individuals of all different levels. He plans on expanding his business outwards and helping others that want to become better versions of themselves, whether that is on the bike or for life in general.
He is now a Pn1 accredited nutritional coach and can offer nutritional advice and consultations for improving that aspect of a person's life as well.
He has had a lot of experience in the strength and conditioning sector of health as he undertook placement as a personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach. He is currently undertaking his level 1 Strength and Conditioning Accreditation at the moment whilst holding a cert 3 and 4 in fitness.
All of these have provided Jacob with a vast majority of knowledge that allows him to tailor the best plan to each athlete that decides they want to be the best athlete they can be.
