Eastern Townships Endurance aims at fostering a healthy lifestyle around the practice of endurance sports. Even though I specialize in all cycling disciplines, I also work with runners/trail runners, cross-country skiers and multiple alternative endurance sports.

With 10 years mountain bike and road racing and 15 years coaching experience, I've followed a steady and stimulating educational and field experience pathway. I started coaching as a mountain bike club coach and I am now coaching para-cyclists (development athletes and Paralympics medallist) on the Canadian National Team as a full time job.

With Eastern Townships Endurance, I am aiming at opening up my field of practice and help a wide range of endurance sport enthusiasts (from recreational to professional athletes) finding the optimal training regimen that suits their own personal life. I strongly believe in the individualized approach and I am comfortable working either with very little data or the whole spectrum (heart rate, heart rate variation, power, cadence, pace, you name it).

Each athlete is the one choosing the level of my involvement in the practice, from very remote to hands on. My main priorities are a logical and progressive periodization to stay injury free, build a work capacity that will leave you functional in your daily life and activities and help each athlete reach specific and measurable goals.
