After an initial consultation to determine your strengths, limitations, other life commitments and (importantly) your available time we will produce a detailed training plan that is designed to help you achieve your goals. With the E320 Performance Coaching Package you'll receive: a personalized training plan that is regularly monitored and updated (race season and off season); dedicated one-on-one coaching; unlimited phone, text or email access to your Coach.
David Coates is a USA Triathlon (USAT) Level I Certified Coach and the founder of E320 Performance Coaching. He has been competing in the sport of Triathlon for almost 20 years, qualifying for the USAT Age Group National Championships on multiple occasions. David has a deep love of the sport and has a desire to see each person (whether youth, beginner, intermediate or advanced) achieve their athletic goals. Understanding that there is no “one size fits all” approach, David will work with an athlete to develop a training plan that is tailored to their unique requirements.
