I am a NYC-based runner and running coach offering personalized 12-week half marathon and 16-week full marathon plans for beginner, intermediate, and advanced runners. Each plan blends easy-effort runs, moderate long runs, and challenging interval, threshold, and progression workouts—designed with clear objectives so you understand the purpose and training stimulus behind every run.
I've been a runner for most of my life. After competing in middle-distance events throughout high school and narrowly missing a spot on a Division I collegiate team, I stepped away from competitive running—until the pandemic reignited my passion. Since returning, I’ve completed six half marathons, with a personal best of 1:22, and two full marathons, including a 2:58 finish at the 2023 Chicago Marathon. Over the past two years, I’ve created customized training plans and provided coaching support to more than a dozen athletes across a range of experience levels. When I’m not running or coaching, you’ll likely find me in the gym—I’m also a dedicated CrossFitter.
