Dina started her business to use her passion and knowledge to help athletes set goals, complete their first races, or take on the challenge of longer-distance competitions, all while maintaining the balance they need in order to fit triathlon comfortably into their lives. As a certified nutrition coach, Dina also offers guidance and support for both athletes as well as anyone looking to cultivate a lifestyle of sustainable habits and a healthy relationship with food.
Before discovering the triathlon community, Dina grew up as a competitive swimmer who believed running only existed as a form of torture. After overcoming this mindset in college and finishing several road races, she began training with her father, an avid triathlete. She completed her first sprint triathlon in 2012 on a mountain bike, quickly learning it wasn’t all that cool to be the first person out of the water, because it just meant everybody and their mother would pass you on the bike. Five years and two road bikes later, she finished her first full Ironman in Lake Placid, and has since continued to train, race, and seek new challenges each year.
