Dillman Coaching exists to push athlete to their limits, encourage them every pedal stroke of the way and be the guy in their corner through it all. Ultimately I want to see the suffering pay off. I coach all levels of athletes across the disciplines of road, gravel, mountain bike and cyclocross. Athletes receive individualized training plans that are tailored to their specific goals and their specific life circumstances. I want to help you achieve the most you can with what you've got.
First of all, I am a Christian and strive to do all things for the glory of God. I have an amazing wife and a beautiful daughter. We live in Louisville, KY near the Jefferson Memorial Forest where I do most of my training. I race for the Texas Roadhouse Cycling Team on the road and the Ignition Racing Team for cyclocross. Dylan Johnson and I co-founded Ignition Coach Co. which is a network of coaches where we are developing high-level racers into great coaches and connecting them with athletes. I believe that coaching and racing go hand-in-hand. Being a racer makes me a better coach and being a coach makes me a better racer. I also enjoy working on house projects, reading books and spending time with my family.
