Performance paddling coach for racing kayak & SUP. I do apply the German training system for kayaking in a modified way to make it more compatible with other internationally used terminology. I do work with both elite athletes and paddlers on a fitness level. All my clients and training groups have so far made very good progress.
Before giving you the important and fancy bio-stats please let me mention some equally important facts:
I have been growing up in Germany, where I applied the German training system for canoeing for my adepts. I now live in Sweden, where I teach a modified German-concept approach, which is a bit easier to adapt if one is familiar with more international used terminology and systemisation.
My best athletes made it to the finals at the German Championships in 200m K1 and K2. If this does not sound too impressive - consider that almost all other athletes in these finals were from Olympic Training Centers in Germany, my athletes trained on a club-level with a weekly training volume of eight hour or less!
Why am I telling you this? Not all athletes have the possibility to train 12+ hours a week when life comes in between. You decide how much time you want and can invest. You can come very long with good periodisation, useful workouts and a structure that gives you orientation and motivation.
I am able to put you in a system that is proven to deliver results
